-Once a month?-

Ming says I blog only once a month. Goodness gracious me..have I really been so lazy? Fact of matter is: I procrastinate too much! Hee..same goes for knitting, cross-stitching, baking etc..

Today I FINALLY got down to baking that marble cake, FINALLY rested all I want, FINALLY can find time to do cross stitch..all because I'm on MC for past 2 days. Doctor says it's a very bad throat infection and told me not to shout or talk too much. That is virtually impossible for my job so hopefully with the rest, my throat is better. Actually it is la..yesterday was also the first time I heard about praying over msn. Think my mum would have thought I was mad if she walked past me. Cos my hand was placed on my throat and I was facing the computer.

Indeed it is in times of sicknesses that you realise hey! there are people around you who care for you. Was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from one of my friends calling to find out how I was. This was in spite of some suaning over the phone..sigh, just so reminds me of another friend. Haha..my ex-cgl also asked how I was when she saw me online later in the evening. Feel really touched by their small gestures. Hee..it doesn't take much to please me cos my love language is words of affirmation. =)
